One-to-one support

Apprentices with additional learning needs often benefit from regular one-to-one support with a qualified study support or wellbeing professional. This support can often be funded at no additional cost to the apprenticeship provider.

What is one-to-one support?

One-to-one support involves regular meetings between an apprentice and a support professional. There is no set requirement for how frequently support takes place but we've found that apprentices tend to benefit most from weekly or fortnightly sessions whilst on their apprenticeship.
